How to pronounce Oertli?

ert-lee ("ert" like in "assert")

or

urt-lee ("urt" like in "hurt")

Basically a silent "O"

I think the more traditional pronunciation is more guttural (more like an ürt-lee maybe?) but I've never come across that or had anyone in my family use it.
