How to pronounce Menoher?

I've heard it two ways:

meen-NO-her When used as a last name

Also, I grew up in Johnstown, PA, and we have a Menoher Blvd that all the locals pronounce:

men-NOCK-her

I don't know where that pronunciation came from, but it's the only pronounciation the locals know for that street.
