Owner of one of the first ever seafood factories located on what is now called "The Point Cadet" which was once just a large mass of land on the very south/eastern tip of the City of Biloxi. The Yugoslavs & French settlers built "row houses" for the seafood factory workers & families to live and over time the culture took roots and founded "The Point Cadet" You can find more info at the Seafood Museum in Biloxi, Mississippi, as well as reading the books about "Local Biloxi Families" to get more insight on the Kuljis name. Some people pronounce Kuljis differently. Cool-Jis is most common for those that do not know that the "j" is silent and should sound like a "y" = Kool-Yis
