"Ch-eye-leen", but you can "americanize" it XD to be pronounced like "Shay-lin" and that is how I pronounced it growing up, (in school and things it makes it easier for teachers to pronounce), but now, as an adult, I pronounce it as it originally supposed to be pronounced.
