I've heard three different pronunciations

1) The vowel is like the "oy" in "oyster"
and the final sound is like the "sh" in "shop"
so overall the pronunciation is "broysh"

or

2) The vowel is like the "oo" in "food"
the final sound is like the "sh" in shop
so the overall pronunciation is "broosh"

3) The vowel is like the "oo" in "food"
the final sound is like the "sk" in "ask"
so the overall pronunciation is "broosk"
