People in other countries such as England and South Africa for example, pronounce the name Aaron as ER-in. I have always pronounced Aaron as AA-run, making the two Aa's into a longer drawn out AA. This makes sense, seeing how its spelt. Is this a case of a right or wrong pronunciation here? My partner's 2 year old grandson's name is Aaron, and he pronounces it ER-in, and I pronounce it AA-run. Who is right?
