This is a character from the show Naruto: Shippuden. He is from the Land of Iron, which is home to the Samurai. He has a scar on his left eye(if looking directly at him.) If you were him, the scar would be on your right eye(facing forward.) That eye is permanently closed from the wound. He wears a traditional Kimono with a large Scarf when not in battle. When in battle, he wears the Standard Samurai Armor, but his helmet has Horns, signifying his rank. He is extremely talented in Kenjutsu.
